2. No Guarantees

Zero guarantees: Accuracy, success, profitability, or earnings. Results vary. Service provided "AS IS" without warranties.

3. Liability Limit

We're NOT liable for: Lost profits, failed businesses, or any damages. Our liability = amount you paid. ONE-TIME PURCHASE only.

4. Your Responsibility

YOU are responsible for all decisions. Conduct due diligence. Consult professionals. Accept all risks.

5. Payment & Refund

ONE-TIME: $1,497 (Starter), $2,197 (Pro), $3,497 (Elite). No recurring charges. 14-DAY REFUND: Full money back if not satisfied. After 14 days: no refunds.

6. Your Obligations

Don't use for illegal purposes, reverse engineer, use bots, resell analysis, or compete with us. Data you submit is yours. Our algorithms/methodology are ours.

7. Privacy & Compliance

Minimal data collected. Payment by Stripe/PayPal. We analyze public Reddit, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter data. You comply with all laws.

8. Termination

We can terminate if you violate Terms, engage in illegal activity, issue chargebacks, or try to compete.

9. Disputes
